STUDENT WORK A great part of my identity and experience as an artist is in and from my work as a college art educator. I have taught and designed courses at a number of colleges and art center programs throughout Western New York and have found this experience to be greatly enriching as an artist. Through this work, I feel the need to better myself as an artist in order to be of optimal good to my students. Within this tab, I have included a number of pages of my students’ work, each specific to a particular class that I have taught. I have found that the dialogue and exchange of ideas inherent in teaching art has become a valued and even necessary component to my work as an artist.
